Your due date holds a spot in my calendar, then we confirm the actual session date once baby arrives. But as soon as you decide to work with me is cool too. I only take a certain number of bookings per month so I have room to reschedule if your baby is born early or later than their due date.
Newborn sessions are usually photographed within the first 7 to 21 days, but older newborns are always welcome.
I am highly experienced with babies of all ages, so please reach out, even if your baby is older than the typical "newborn" window.

We stop for feeding, cuddles, changes and settling whenever baby needs. Newborn sessions are slow on purpose.

I keep sibling photos relaxed, quick and low-pressure. We use cuddles, games and little breaks, not forced smiles.
Newborn sessions are held in my beautiful, elegant Darlington studio or in your home for lifestyle newborn sessions.
Family and maternity sessions can be held in studio or outdoors. I have a variety of locations that photograph beautifully at every time of the year.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I'm flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
Nope, not unless you'd like to. We’ll get a few classic everyone-looking shots, but most of the session is gently directed so it feels relaxed and natural.
Studio sessions are calm, gently baby-led. Outdoor session are usually more play-based, especially with toddlers and children involved.

Nope, parent and sibling photos are included in newborn sessions. Your baby is the star, but your family is part of the story too.

Yes. I have wraps, blankets, simple props and neutral textures in the studio, so you don’t need to bring much for baby unless there’s something special you’d like included.
I have a small client closet for mum for maternity, newborn and family sessions if you can't find anything to wear, and a few young girl options for siblings.

I LOVE dogs in my studio and welcome all the good boys and girls. I have dog-friendly locations to use for maternity and family sessions.

You’ll receive your edited gallery within 4 weeks. I’ll confirm the current turnaround when you book.
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any stage up to the day of the session.
I only take roughly the number of images needed for each package though, so I don't keep you in the studio longer than necessary.
Yes. Payment plans are available on selected packages, so you can spread the cost out before your session.
